About the role:

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Castleford.

This is a varied role where you'll act as the link between our customers, engineers and internal teams, helping turn quotations into confirmed works while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll build strong relationships with clients, prepare accurate quotations, follow up opportunities and support customers through the journey from initial enquiry to order placement. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and issuing quotations for remedial works, testing and additional services

• Following up quotations and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into confirmed orders

• Building strong relationships with customers and providing professional support throughout the sales process

• Liaising with engineers and surveyors to gather technical information and ensure quotations are accurate

• Managing customer enquiries and providing clear guidance on recommended works and compliance requirements

• Processing confirmed orders and maintaining accurate records across internal systems

• Working closely with Operations, Technical and Administration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

• Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and re-engage historic quotations

What we’re looking for

• Results-driven and proactive approach

• A confident and credible communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Good commercial acumen and attention to detail

• Highly organised with IT/database experience (Excel essential)
