We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Fall Protection Engineer to join our growing Access Testing team. In this role, you will support our experienced engineers with the inspection, maintenance and installation of height safety systems across a range of commercial sites.

Your role will include:
Assist engineers with the servicing, maintenance and installation of height safety equipment, including:
Fall arrest and life safety systems
Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil systems)
Gantries and walkways
Guardrails
Fixed and portable ladders
General lifting equipment
You will also:
Support engineers during inspections, testing and installations on site
Help ensure all work is carried out in line with British Standards and health & safety regulations
Assist with identifying and reporting additional works required following inspections
Support other PTSG divisions when required
Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept safe, organised and compliant
Requirements required:
Smart and professional appearance and manner
Full driving license
Experience / competency to work at height
Relevant experience working in a similar role
Must have the ability to work productively on your own or within a team
The candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised and have good attention to detail
